Battle of the Books is a rapidly growing contest that challenges students from 3rd to 12th grade to read great literature, deeply understand it, and compete against other teams to demonstrate their knowledge. Battle of the Books contests are held each year by schools, school districts and parents of homeschoolers throughout the United States as well as in school systems in many other countries.
